1; Customer agrees to return rental equipment in the same condition it was received

2; If air jump or any other rental item is returned damaged or destroyed... customer shall be liable for full monetary value of every rental equipment_

3; Customer shall be in sole charge of operation of air jump and other rented equipment during rental agreement.

4; Customer shall be held responsible for vandalism and theft while rented equipment is in their possession.

5; Customer shall provide their own liability insurance for air jump occupants.

6; Bailon's Party Rentals shall not be held responsible for injuries occurring to customer occupants.

7; Customer agrees to indemnify and hold Bailon's Party Rentals harmless from any claims, costs, damage and liability...Including attorney fees, fines, penalties, etc. Arising from the equipment or its use.

8; Customer AGREES NOT USE ANY SILLY STRING AROUND AIR JUMP OR ANY OTHER RENTAL EQUIPMENT.

9; Bailon's Party Rentals shall not be held responsible for severe weather condition. (high winds, rain, thunder storm, etc.)

10; Customer agrees that loany rental equipment is missing or destroyed they will pay $4s.00 per rectangular table, $ez.00 per round table, $1g.00 per chair.

11; Bailon's Party Rentals is not responsible for any damage to inside or outside of the property.

12; All rentals from Bailon's Party Rentals are final. No refund will be given to customers after equipment has been installed and working properly
